Values & Policies

As previously stated, all purchases at full price contribute twenty-five percent (25%) to the Fernleaf Sanctuary for Rabbits & Survivors. To view the Sanctuary and what we do there, please visit fernleafsanctuary.org. Quality of product is also important to us, as is shipping safety and fair pricing. Please let us know if we are falling below a reasonable standard and if you as a contributor have any issues with your product or questions!
 

Shipping Policies 

Orders are shipped once to twice a week, on Wednesdays & Fridays depending on when the order was placed. If an order is not sent out on a Wednesday same week as it was ordered, it will be sent out on that Friday. We ship with USPS and UPS, please let us know if you have a specific shipping need and we will try to work with you as well as provide you a custom shipping quote. We do combine shipping costs when more than one item is purchased.

If an item is damaged due to carrier mishandling, please contact us to see if we can work with you to replace or repair that item.
 

Candles, Bath Teas & Allergies 

Our candles and bath teas are made from all natural ingredients and there is a list of each ingredient used on the packaging shipped to you as well as on the shop description. Please note that if you have any concerns to CONTACT US PRIOR TO PURCHASING as we cannot offer refunds or take liability for allergic reactions due to ingredient sensitivity. We do strive to make sure all our products that come in contact with the skin or lungs are as clean and sensitive-friendly as humanly possible.

Custom Orders

Currently custom orders for all nature of items are open, but please check our Instagram for updates as well as take note of timing of year, as orders tend to spike around holidays. You will be given a realistic timeline with the quote for any custom made item. Thank you for your kindness and understanding!
